Mr. Taher Baba
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Taher Baba is an accomplished entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in thermal power, coal logistics, and construction materials. His deep expertise in power plant operations, fly ash management, and coal handling systems has enabled him to develop and execute high-value, sustainable industrial ventures. Under his visionary leadership, MTB Infratech has successfully established AAC Block manufacturing units that utilize fly ash to produce eco-friendly, energy-efficient building materials. Driven by his mission to promote waste-to-wealth innovation and circular industrial practices.
Mr. Ramesh Dulam
General Manager – Technical & Operations
A Graduate in Ceramic Engineering, Mr. Ramesh Dulam brings over 25 years of experience across the AAC blocks, dry mix mortar, glass, and sanitaryware industries. His strong background in plant setup, production management, and process optimization has been instrumental in the success of multiple industrial projects. At MTB Infratech, Mr. Dulam oversees the technical design, plant setup, and operations of AAC block and dry mix mortar units. His focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainable resource utilization ensures superior performance and reliability across the company’s manufacturing operations.
Mr. M.A. Muqtar
Technical Expert – Design, Fabrication & Commissioning
With over 20 years of specialized experience, Mr. M.A. Muqtar is a leading expert in designing, fabricating, and commissioning lightweight block manufacturing machinery, including AAC, CLC, and solid block systems. He has successfully supplied and commissioned over 35 AAC plants, 300 CLC machines, and 50 solid block units across India. At MTB Infratech, Mr. Muqtar contributes his extensive technical know-how to the engineering and commissioning of the AAC Block Manufacturing Unit , ensuring high operational efficiency, automation, and extreme top-tier product performance.
